Online Training: Critical Care, Summer Protections, Switch-holds and Other Changes This two-hour session will provide participants with an overview of rules recently passed by the Public Utility Commission of Texas in dockets 36131 and 37622 as well as new rule 25.482 related to prompt payment. These rules focus on changes for critical care customers and to REP obligations related to both levelized/average payment plans and deferred payment plans.
