Customer Protection Rues - Part 1 & 2

Service Description

This course is taught by Patricia Dolese of Regulatory Compliance Services. This training will cover the PUCT Customer Protection rules for Retail Electric Providers. Specific rules that are covered include: 25.471 - 25.485 as well as 25.497. Part 1 lasts approximately 1.5 hours while Part 2 lasts approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes.
