Regulatory Compliance Services can provide your company with the answers to these questions.  Offered as a companion product to the Texas Retail Electric Scorecard and the Texas Telephone Scorecard, the Complaint Scorecard will provide your company with the information you want to know.  

What You Get If You Subscribe

Subscribers receive a PDF file summarizing the following information for all Retail Electric Providers and Transmission and Distribution Utilities (electric) or telephone providers (telephone):  

bulletnumber of complaints received by the PUCT each month by company name and complaint category;
bulletnumber of complaints received and investigated by the PUCT each month by company name and complaint category;
bulletnumber of complaints closed by the PUCT each month by company name and complaint category; and
bulletnumber of complaints closed by the PUCT each month with violation findings, by company name and complaint category.

In addition to the PDF file, subscribers will also receive an Excel spreadsheet that provides specific, individual complaint details for each of their company's complaints that is identified in any of the summary tables presented in the PDF file.  The spreadsheet allows companies to reconcile the specific complaints contained in the PUCT database to their own internal records for each complaint.

Regulatory Compliance Services obtains the PUCT complaint data directly from the PUCT (Customer Protection Division) complaints database each month.  Because we know how their systems work, we obtain the data most useful to companies.  While you could obtain this information yourself, you will spend more time (money) and may not obtain all the information that is available.  Let us do the work for you!

There are two different company options available:

bulletData only monthly reports -- available for $250 per month
bulletData and complaint file review and analysis -- available for $500 per month which includes the review and analysis of up to 5 complaint files.  Additional files can be reviewed at a fee of $50 per complaint file.

Three month, six month, and annual subscriptions are available for either option.  

You also have the option of pre-paying for your subscription, or being invoiced upon receipt of each month's report.
